As part of our plan for continuous optimum service delivery, we organized weekend training sessions for the Supervisors of our various locations. Today, 27th March, 2021, we received Supervisors under the First Bank Nigeria Plc Catchment at our Head Office in Magodo GRA Phase 2, Lagos.
The session today was anchored by the Operation Manager, Mr. Richard Oise; the Senior Manager, Business Development & Administration, Mr. Oke Olanrewaju Ezekiel and the Human Resources Manager, Mrs. Wali Ibidunni.
We were fortunate to be blessed by the presence of the Chairman himself, Barr. Felix Akintola, who came in to briefly address the attendees. He reiterated the core values Febol & GKK Nigeria Limited stand on and urged them to be good ambassadors of the brand.
The motive behind organizing this training session is to pass across new trends in the cleaning industry, especially in this Post Covid-19 pandemic era. The supervisors in turn are expected to relay these nuggets and tips to the operatives at their respective locations.
The training session took on a lecture approach. Participants were allowed to freely ask questions on what was taught and the officers on ground answered these questions succinctly. Participants also give account of the various challenges they are having at their locations and they were advised and instructed about how to navigate/solve these problems.
We can’t be more delighted with the success of this programme!
We will hold another session next week for supervisors from another catchment.
